When a minor utility
or right-of-way project is permitted on State-owned land,
an as-built survey of the constructed improvements is generally
required. Minor projects, such as local access roads, trails,
dikes, outfall lines and utilities, can be surveyed under
the General As-Built Survey Instructions, available for
download below.
