Application Fee:
Application for a shore fishery lease under AS 38.05.082 for:
- a shore fisheries lease : $240
- a renewal or extension of shore fisheries lease : $200
- an amendment of shore fisheries lease : $160
- a transfer or assignment of shore fisheries lease or lease application : $200
- a partial transfer or assignment of a shore fisheries lease : $240
Diagram Review Fee:
$360 for combined shore fishery diagram preparation instructions and diagram review.
Drafting/Surveying Costs:
Paid to a firm of your choice for the preparation of a shore fishery diagram. A licensed surveyor must prepare the diagram.
Leae Rental Payment:
$300.00 per year (when the lease is issued).
